ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative): Specializing in representing the interests of buyers, I have the skills and insights to help clients find the perfect property that meets their needs and budget. That's the easier part. It is the constant oversight and negotiations that continue to occur throughout the closing process that is the difficult part.

SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist): I am uniquely qualified to assist clients aged 50+ with their real estate needs, whether they are looking to downsize, relocate, or find a community that supports their lifestyle.  I have the people in place to make a smooth transition, whether it is for estate sales, moving companies, handymen, or facility placement if your love one can no longer live alone safely.
