She was very knowledgeable about the market. She suggested that we adjust the price by a very small amount after seeing the trends in our subdivision, and the house sold in two weeks. When the Buyer brought up repairs that might be necessary, she suggested a home warranty that saved us several thousand dollars. With our closing set during the holidays, the parties were in two locations and she worked to get it closed before Christmas. I would highly recommend her.

The team responds to emails promptly and is always willing to answer any questions that I might have via phone. If you are out of state, as I am, dont be worried you are in good hands.
